To support the OEM/ODM business development worldwide, the following support measures are implemented for all the customers:

I. Product Quality Guarantee

For any guidewires purchased by the customers, if quality or performance issues are identified within 30 days of receipt, customers may request product replacement or refund.

Upon receiving and verifying evidence/products provided by the customer, we shall unconditionally process the refund within 15 working days, or arrange product replacement within 20 working days.

II. Sample Order Subsidy for New Customers

The total amount of the first sample order placed by a new customer (capped at USD 500.00) may be deducted once from the payment of their subsequent formal orders.

The right to interpret these measures shall be reserved exclusively for the Overseas Sales Department of EasyMed Scientific(SHENZHEN) Medical Co.,Ltd.
